Okay so I honestly didn’t think this would work but wow. My PMS used to be a nightmare, literally mood swings all over the place and feeling super snappy at everyone for no reason. It was bad. Since I started taking this my husband is so grateful lol because I’m actually calm now.
It definitely leveled out my mood a lot. I dont feel like im going crazy before my cycle anymore which is huge relief. Only thing is the taste is kinda weird if you let it sit in your mouth to long so just swallow it fast. But yeah seriously if your hormones are messing with you give this a try, it really helped me get back to normal.
