In the evening, after a shower or as you get ready for bed, take a small amount onto your fingertips. Massage it gently into dry hands, feet, elbows or knees. It absorbs fully after a few minutes. If the balm has melted in the heat, mix it gently and chill it in the fridge until it is firm again.
